1st day: 11th Feb. 2012
Morning session was about Introduction to Adobe InDesign, in which complete details provided by Mr. Pankaj Paun.

Afternoon session 
All participants were visited to Gujarat Grafik Pvt. Ltd. - Metoda.
Where they witness complete offset printing process starting from plate clamping, inking, dampening, feeder, delivery. They also learned about how to register your starting copies, they also taught about an importance of Cutting, Registration and Creasing Marks in design and Printing.

At GGPL Mr. Dinesh Khambhayata - Manager shown lots of different substrates which were printed with Mitsubishi Offset Printing Machine - like Duplex (700 gsm), NT Sheets, Plastic Sheets, Non-woven cloth, Canvas etc. After looking such samples all participants said that they never thought about printing of such substrate with offset machine.

This this was very informative visit for all the participants.




















2nd Day: 11th September, 2011
Morning session was conducted by Mr. Vishal Ambasana and it was about "COLOR THEORY". In this important session he taught participants about "How to identify color?" only after that you can select exact colors and also can edit them to match with your original product color.


Mr. Vishal taught with Color Wheel and Color Guide, also participants were provided some color pages for their future reference.











This session was very interesting for all participants because they were facing lots of problems due to incorrect color printing, their jobs get rejected and client satisfaction was not there only due to wrong color representation.

Mr. Vishal taught everything with perfect examples like "Clothes", "Tiles", "Skin Tone" etc. On special demand of small offset printers he added session of Black and White conversion of Multicolor Photographs.

This was the best session among all of the other as per participants feedback.



Afternoon session:
All participants with GACS team went to visit Nine Creations, a unit with Automatic Screen Printing Machine.
Mr. Azizkhan & Mr. Mithilesh - Partner at Nine Creations invited all the participants to get detailed training about Screen Printing Process.
Mr. Aziz provided detailed information and training about Screen Making, Stretching, Coating, Exposing and Printing.
He explained each and every process with practicals.
Participants printed some cards with UV Varnish and checked the quality of printing, everybody loved UV effects, Mr. Mithilesh showed near about 100 different types of UV effects printed on various papers. This was really a nice experience for all participants.

After this session again all came back to GACS class room and Mr. Vishal and Mr. Pankaj conducted a completely innovative and important session about "How to be Creative?"

Jointly conducted by Mr. Vishal Ambasana  and Mr. Pankaj Paun.
This session was designed on  "How to be Creative...?"
Participants were make aware by importance of Branding and Logo Creation, and also taught that how to start thinking creatively?  Mr. Vishal added that it is a sequential process that you can follow for any kind of creation and main thing is that you have to connect your thought with the required output, only when you can convince and satisfy your client's need.
During this session they were witness of process of New Logo creation and after that they were given project to create a new logo on another theme.

Within 2-3 hours all participants created an awesome logos and they are very near to final production which was selected by a real customer. The purpose of this process is to generate new ideas and thinking to make their output more better and realistic.
