After a huge success of first PRINTING WORKSHOP for Designers and Printers, GACS announced another 3 days PRINTING WORKSHOP-02 on March 5 to 7.
Only designers and printers are allowed to join this workshop.
Following topics will be covered during 3 days.
Day 1: 5th Feb.-2011, Saturday
Morning Session: 9.30 am to 1.00 pm by Mr. Pankaj Paun
Introduction to Adobe Indesign software
Which type of work can be done with In Design (Sample creation)
What care should be taken while creating Multicolor designs?
How to become creative designer? - Tips and Tricks...(font selection, color selection, symbol selection).

Afternoon Session: 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Live demonstration of UV Printing and UV Curing with the help of Screen Printing on 40" UV Curing Machine.
Live demo of Offset Printing on 28" x 40" Mitsubishi CPC Offset Printing Machine.
Day 2: 6th Feb.-2011, Sunday
Morning Session: 9.30 am to 1.00 pm
Working with COLORS: 2 hours - by Mr. Vishal Ambasana
Color Creation
Color Selection
Color Correction
Color Harmony
Practical with samples of Saree, Dresses, and Tiles.
Offset Printing Theory session: 1 hour - by Mr. Sunil Ambasana

Afternoon Session: 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Live demo of Offset Printing on 19" x 26" Komori CPC Offset Printing Machine.
Here we will show each and every process required for printing like: Plate setting, Ink Setting, Registration matching etc.
Day 3: 7th Feb.-2011, Monday
Morning session: 9.30 am to 1.00 pm
Theory session for: How to get costing of a job?
Job Management for big press.
------Lunch Break------
Visit to Small offset manufacturing unit.
Visit to big press of Rajkot.
